How We Work
The Nadezhda Approach
At Nadezhda, recovery is built on structure, accountability, and community. Our program is designed to provide male residents with a stable, supportive environment where they can focus fully on rebuilding their lives and maintaining long term sobriety.
We believe healing happens through consistency, responsibility, and connection. Every resident is expected to actively participate in the recovery process while contributing to a respectful and supportive household culture.
